요약: 이 앱이 녹화한 영상·소리·사진은 녹화폰(집에 두고 찍는 폰, 공기계)으로 쓰는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 서버에 올리거나 보관하지 않습니다. 이용자가 QR로 직접 연결한 자기 폰(뷰어폰)에서 볼 때는 두 폰 사이에서만 암호화되어 전달되며, 개발자는 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다. 회원가입이 없습니다. 두 폰을 이어 주고 알림을 보내기 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보(연결 정보, 알림 주소)만 서버가 처리합니다(3번 항목). 앱 안의 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공하며, 광고 제공을 위해 Google이 광고 ID 등 기기 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
송주환 (Joohwan Song)(이하 "개발자")은 「ReCamly」 앱(이하 "앱", 패키지명 com.dalbitapps.homecam) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 아래와 같이 개인정보처리방침을 안내합니다.
1. 개발자가 수집하는 개인정보
개발자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없습니다. 녹화 영상·소리·사진은 개발자의 서버로 보내거나 보관하지 않습니다. 폰 2대를 연결해 쓰는 경우에 한해, 아래 3번 항목의 정보가 연결과 알림을 위해 처리됩니다.
2. 녹화 영상과 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
아래 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에서만 만들어지고 저장됩니다. 이용자가 직접 연결한 뷰어폰으로 보는 경우(3번 항목)를 빼면 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 녹화 영상(소리 포함): 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장됩니다. 이용자가 정한 최대 저장용량을 넘으면 오래된 영상부터 자동으로 지워지고, 삭제한 영상은 휴지통에 7일 보관 후 지워집니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 움직임 감지: 녹화된 영상을 기기 안에서 분석해 움직임 여부만 판단합니다. 얼굴 인식이나 사람 식별은 하지 않으며, 분석 결과도 외부로 보내지 않습니다.
- 갤러리 저장: 이용자가 켜 둔 경우(기본 켜짐) 움직임이 감지된 영상과 사진을, 또는 이용자가 직접 "갤러리에 저장"을 누른 영상을 기기의 사진 앨범(ReCamly)에 저장합니다. 갤러리에 저장된 파일은 앱을 삭제해도 남으며, 이용자가 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
- 공유: 이용자가 "공유"를 누른 경우에만, 이용자가 고른 앱(메신저 등)으로 해당 영상이 전달됩니다. 이후 처리는 그 앱의 정책을 따릅니다.
- 설정값: 분할 저장 단위, 저장용량, 해상도, 움직임 감지 설정, 사용 전 확인사항 동의 여부.
3. 폰 2대를 연결해 쓸 때 처리되는 정보
이 방침에서 녹화폰(공기계)은 집에 두고 찍는 폰, 뷰어폰은 들고 다니며 보는 폰을 말합니다. 두 폰을 QR 코드로 연결하면, 뷰어폰에서 실시간 화면과 녹화를 보고, 말을 걸고, 녹화를 켜고 끄고, 움직임 알림을 받을 수 있습니다. 이때 아래 정보가 처리됩니다.

- 녹화폰 화면에는 뷰어가 보고 있을 때 "뷰어가 보는 중", 말하고 있을 때 "뷰어가 말하는 중"이 항상 표시됩니다.
- 폰 2대를 연결하지 않고 한 대로만 쓰면 이 항목의 정보는 처리되지 않습니다.
4. 촬영 대상에 대한 안내
이 앱은 이용자 본인의 공간(집, 아기방, 반려동물 공간 등)을 지켜보기 위한 앱입니다. 녹화 중에는 화면과 알림창에 녹화 중 표시가 항상 나타나며, 앱을 숨기거나 위장하는 기능은 없습니다. 다른 사람이 있는 공간을 촬영할 때는 그 사람에게 촬영 사실을 알리고 동의를 받아야 하며, 관련 법령을 위반한 촬영에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
5. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google LLC의 광고 서비스인 AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. 녹화폰에서는 녹화함 화면 아래의 배너 광고와 녹화를 멈춘 직후의 전면 광고(5분에 한 번까지), 뷰어폰에서는 첫 화면 아래의 배너 광고입니다. 녹화 화면, 절전 화면, 실시간 보기 화면, 다시 보기 화면에는 광고가 없습니다.

Google은 다음 정보를 수집·공유할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 또는 기타 ID: 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID
- 대략적인 위치: IP 주소로 추정한 대략적 위치 (정확한 위치·GPS는 사용하지 않음)
- 앱 상호작용: 앱 실행, 탭, 광고 표시·클릭 여부
- 진단 정보: 실행 시간, 멈춤 빈도, 전력 사용량 등 앱 성능 정보
- 이 정보는 개발자가 아니라 Google이 수집·처리하며, 개발자는 이 정보를 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 녹화 영상·소리·사진은 광고에 사용되지 않으며 Google에 전송되지 않습니다.
- 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 이용자에게는 맞춤형 광고 전에 동의 화면을 표시하며, 앱 설정의 「광고 개인정보 설정」에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
맞춤형 광고 거부 방법: Android 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고 (또는 개인정보 보호 → 광고)에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.

앱은 위치, 연락처 권한을 사용하지 않습니다. 기기를 켤 때 자동으로 실행되지 않습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보 보호
이 앱은 성인 이용자가 자신의 공간을 지켜보기 위한 앱이며, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동을 포함한 모든 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 개인정보의 제3자 제공, 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 아래의 경우 말고는 다른 사람에게 제공하지 않습니다. 폰 2대를 연결하는 기능을 제공하려면 아래 회사의 서비스가 필요하며, 이 회사들의 서버는 국외에 있습니다.

- 거부 방법과 효과: 폰 2대를 연결하지 않고 한 대로만 쓰면 위 정보는 이전되지 않습니다. 이미 연결했다면 뷰어폰의 "녹화폰 연결 끊기"로 멈출 수 있습니다. 이 경우 뷰어폰에서 보기, 말 걸기, 움직임 알림 받기를 쓸 수 없고, 녹화폰 한 대로 녹화하고 다시 보는 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 광고(5번 항목)의 정보는 개발자가 넘겨주는 것이 아니라 Google LLC가 직접 수집·처리합니다.
9. 보관 및 파기
개발자의 서버에 보관되는 것은 3번 항목의 방 식별값, 알림 주소, 알림 설정뿐이며, 뷰어폰에서 "녹화폰 연결 끊기"를 하면 삭제됩니다. 연결 끊기를 하지 않았더라도 두 폰이 60일 동안 서버에 접속하지 않으면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 기기에 저장된 녹화 영상과 설정값은 앱 안에서 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 삭제됩니다. 갤러리에 저장한 파일은 이용자가 갤러리에서 직접 지워야 합니다.
10. 안전성 확보 조치
- 영상·소리와 녹화폰의 상태는 두 폰 사이에서만 암호화되어 전달되며(WebRTC), 서버를 거치거나 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
- 폰과 연결 중계 서버 사이의 통신은 암호화(TLS)됩니다.
- QR의 접속 암호는 서버로 보내지 않으며, 두 폰이 주고받는 연결 정보에는 접속 암호로 만든 서명을 붙여 바꿔치기를 막습니다.
- 연결 중계 서버의 관리 권한은 개발자 한 사람만 가지고 있으며, 알림을 보내는 데 쓰는 열쇠는 서버의 비밀값으로만 보관합니다.
- QR의 접속 암호는 기기 백업(클라우드 백업, 기기 간 옮기기)에 포함되지 않습니다. 폰을 바꾸면 QR을 다시 찍어 연결합니다.
- 같은 와이파이에서 두 폰이 직접 연결할 때도 접속 암호를 그대로 보내지 않고, 서로 암호를 알고 있는지만 확인합니다.
- 연결 중계 서버에는 짧은 시간에 지나치게 많은 요청을 보내는 접속을 잠시 막는 제한을 두었습니다.
- 서버에 보관하는 정보를 3번 항목의 방 식별값, 알림 주소, 알림 설정으로 최소화했습니다.
11. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 앱 안에서 영상을 지우거나 앱을 삭제하여 기기에 저장된 정보를 지울 수 있습니다. 서버에 저장된 알림 주소는 뷰어폰의 "녹화폰 연결 끊기"로 지울 수 있고, 앱을 이미 지웠다면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 개인정보와 관련한 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.

Privacy Policy
Summary: Videos, audio and photos recorded by the app are stored only on the device you use as the recording phone. They are never uploaded to or kept on a server. When you watch from your own phone that you paired by QR code (the viewer), they travel only between your two phones, encrypted, and we cannot see them. The app has no accounts. A server handles only the minimum needed to connect your two phones and deliver alerts (connection data and a notification address; see section 3). Ads are served by Google AdMob, and Google may process device information such as the advertising ID to provide them.
This policy describes how 송주환 (Joohwan Song) ("we") handles information in the app (package name com.dalbitapps.homecam).
1. Information we collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, or contacts. The app has no sign-up or login. Recordings, audio and photos are never sent to or stored on our server. Only if you connect two phones, the information in section 3 is processed to connect them and deliver alerts.
2. Recordings and information stored only on your device
- Recorded video (with audio): saved in the app's private storage. When the storage limit you set is reached, the oldest recordings are deleted automatically. Deleted recordings stay in the trash for 7 days. Everything is removed when you uninstall the app.
- Motion detection: recordings are analyzed on your device only to decide whether something moved. No face recognition or person identification is performed, and results are never transmitted.
- Saving to gallery: if enabled (on by default), motion clips and snapshots — and any clip you choose to save — are copied to your photo gallery (ReCamly album). These files remain after uninstalling and can be deleted by you.
- Sharing: a clip is sent only when you tap "Share", and only to the app you choose.
- Settings: segment length, storage limit, resolution, motion settings, and whether you accepted the pre-use notice.
3. Information processed when you connect two phones
In this policy the recording phone (녹화폰) is the spare phone you leave at home to record, and the viewer phone (뷰어폰) is the phone you carry to watch. When you pair them by QR code, the viewer phone can watch live video and recordings, talk through the recording phone, start and stop recording, and receive motion alerts. The following is processed.

- The QR code contains a pairing secret. Only a phone that scanned it can connect; creating a new QR code on the recording phone revokes previously paired phones.
- Connection data exchanged by the phones is signed with the pairing secret so it cannot be swapped in transit to intercept the video.
- The recording phone always shows an on-screen indicator while a viewer is watching or talking.
- If you use a single phone without pairing, none of the information in this section is processed.
4. People being recorded
The app is intended for watching your own space (home, nursery, pets). While recording, an indicator is always shown on screen and in the notification shade, and the app has no hiding or disguise features. If other people may be recorded, you must inform them and obtain consent, and you are responsible for complying with applicable laws.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
On the recording phone the app shows a banner ad at the bottom of the recordings screen and an interstitial ad right after recording stops (at most once every 5 minutes). On the viewer phone it shows a banner ad at the bottom of the home screen. No ads appear on the recording, dim, live view, or replay screens.
- To serve ads, show relevant ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance, Google may collect and share: device or other IDs (advertising ID, app set ID), approximate location estimated from IP address (no GPS), app interactions (launches, taps, ad impressions and clicks), and diagnostics (launch time, hang rate, energy usage). This data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
- This information is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Your recordings, audio and photos are never used for ads or sent to Google.
- Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent screen before personalized ads and can change their choice under "광고 개인정보 설정" (Ad privacy settings) in the app.
Opting out of personalized ads: delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads).
6. Permissions

The app does not use location or contacts, and does not start automatically when the device boots.

The app is intended for adults monitoring their own space and is not directed at children. We do not directly collect personal information from anyone.
8. Sharing, processors and transfers abroad
We do not sell personal information and do not share it except as below. Connecting two phones requires the services of the following companies, whose servers are located outside Korea.

- How to refuse, and the effect: if you use a single phone without pairing, none of this is transferred. If you already paired, choose "녹화폰 연결 끊기" on the viewer phone. You will then be unable to watch, talk or receive alerts on the viewer phone; recording and replay on the recording phone keep working.
- Advertising data (section 5) is collected and processed by Google LLC directly, not passed on by us.
9. Retention and deletion
The only data kept on our server is the room identifier, notification address and alert settings described in section 3, deleted when you disconnect the recording phone on the viewer phone. Even if you do not disconnect, it is deleted automatically after neither phone has contacted the server for 60 days. Recordings and settings on your device are deleted when you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Files saved to the gallery must be deleted from the gallery.
10. Security measures
- Video, audio and recording phone status travel only between your two phones, encrypted (WebRTC); they do not pass through or stay on a server.
- Traffic between the phones and the relay server is encrypted (TLS).
- The pairing secret in the QR code is never sent to the server, and connection data is signed with it to prevent tampering.
- Only the developer has administrative access to the relay server, and the key used to send alerts is kept only as a server secret.
- The pairing secret is excluded from device backups (cloud backup and device-to-device transfer). After changing phones, scan the QR code again to reconnect.
- When the two phones connect directly on the same Wi-Fi, the pairing secret itself is not sent; the phones only prove to each other that they know it.
- The relay server temporarily blocks connections that send too many requests in a short time.
- Data kept on the server is limited to the room identifier, notification address and alert settings in section 3.
11. Your rights
You can delete recordings in the app or uninstall it at any time to remove the information on your device. The notification address on the server is removed with "녹화폰 연결 끊기" on the viewer phone; if you have already uninstalled the app, contact us below. Users in Korea may also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr).

If this policy changes, we will post the updated policy and its effective date on this page.
